I'm not entirely sure what this cheer is about, so I'm not going to comment on it. Instead of the usual sending to 4 person, you need to receive 4 cheers from your friends in order to enter the draw for one the fifty $10 NTUC voucher. I'm only posting this because I find that if you can get 4 people to send you cheers, you have a really good chance of getting that $10 NTUC voucher, if that is even significant to you, that is.
As for the top 3 for each category, the prize is just plain ridiculous. At least give $30? no?
