24 finalists will be announced on 15 October for voting.
The entry that receives the most number of public votes wins but TnC Point 17 says...
To enter and be eligible to win, Entrants must, during the Public Judging Period complete the official voting entry form on nothinglikeaustralia.com/sg/entry-form (Entry Form) providing all details required, including full name, address and day time phone number. Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish (??????...), however, entries submitted through an automated system are prohibited and ineligible to win.
If entrants can enter the promo as many times as they wish, then winner is not decided by public is it?

I think the entrants they meant are the voters, since voters get to win prize as well!:)
Yes, I do think that the entrants are the voters. Just that if voters get to vote as many times as they wish, then contestants who want to win the prize will just sit in front of the computer all day to vote for themselves.
The winner will then no longer be the public's favourite choice isn't it? The winner will technically be whoever is the free-iest to spend time using their family/friends details to vote for themselves?
