After the period of submission, representatives of Sony will pick, in a lucky draw, 2 dreams from EACH of the 4 categories of game.me, movie.me, music.me and tech.me. The selected 8 dream entries will then be opened to the public for voting. The highest-voted dream entry will win the Grand Prize of a sponsorship by Sony worth up to S$100,000 while the 2nd and 3rd highest-voted dream entries will win the 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively.

A panel of judges appointed by Sony will select - based on thematic relevance, technical quality and composition, creativity and general aesthetics - 25 entries as finalists. These 25 finalists' photos will be published online on 1 April 2010 and opened for public voting. The public will vote for their favourite photographs from 1 to 14 April 2010. The 8 winners will be decided by the highest number of votes received.
